Personal Use Appraisals
If you've arrived at this page, you found us through the Mission Community Church business directory. When you buy a home or get it refinanced with a mortgage, YOU have no control over who appraises your home. But for cash sales, divorce, bankruptcy or other non-lender reasons, you can select your appraiser and we hope you choose us. In the case of divorce, I pray that you exhaust all resources to save your marriage. But if you do need an appraisal, check with your attorney first and then contact me personally to ensure that you are provided with the documentation you need for your situation.
Furthermore, above what I already give to my church, $25 of each appraisal ordered by you will be donated to the Mission Community Church children's ministry*.
